Returns Policy for our Bridesmaid Dress Collection
Any purchases made during our sales period cannot be repurchased for the same sale price if returned for incorrect size/change of mind reasons.
We understand purchasing for your special day can be difficult, so we are offering an alternate returns policy for our brides. If you have purchased 3 or more of any dress from our Bridesmaid collection (inclusive of Mon Cheri, Je'taime, and L'amour) in one transaction, you will be eligible to return these dresses for a full refund should they not suit (postage not included). This is a strict 30-day policy for residents in the United States and 30 days for international orders. If your items arrive outside this time frame, a credit will be issued. The timeframe begins from when you receive the dresses. Please note this excludes items that are marked at a discounted price. Please contact our customer service team should you wish to lodge a return for a refund at customerservice@billyj.com.au.
Please note: Each style of our bridesmaid collection is individually dyed, and as such, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the same color or tone will match for different styles. This includes styles that are restocked, as there can be color differences between productions. To avoid this, we recommend that our brides purchase their bridesmaid dresses within the same order so we can ensure they are from the same collection/batch. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience; however, we will always do our best to accommodate where possible. If you would like to mix different styles, each product has a "Matching Styles" tab that will provide further information as to what styles match in color in different collections.

How to Choose the Perfect Bridesmaid Gown
Just like most wedding shopping experiences, searching for your bridesmaids' dresses is plenty of funโbut it can be equally overwhelming. Thatโs why weโre here to take the pressure off such an important decision.
Hereโs what you should consider when choosing summer, spring, winter, or autumn bridesmaid dresses:
Spill the Tea on Bridesmaid Dress Budgets
While it might seem uncomfortable in any other social setting, talking about dollars and cents is essential for weddings. Setting the tone from the get-go and discussing your ideal budget is important. Be transparent with your bridal party and talk about your visionโand how much it will cost.
Weโve all been thereโthatโs why we stock a range of gorgeous and affordable bridesmaid dresses. The range of dressesโfrom elegant floor-length gowns to flirty and fun cocktail piecesโmeans that you have more of a chance of aligning everyoneโs budgets and expectations with your overall vision.
Itโs Never Too Early to Start Looking
See it? Like it? Want it? It's highly recommended to have a clear vision of the dresses you desire for your bridal party at least seven to eight months before your wedding day. Start a group chat and throw out suggestions for styles, colors, lengths, and fabrics, and gauge their responses. This generous time frame gives your bride tribe plenty of opportunities to order their dresses and accommodate any necessary alterations.
Donโt Be Afraid to Embrace Individual Styles
Remember this golden rule when planning your bridesmaid gowns: When your bridal party feels their best, they'll look their best! Embrace each bridesmaid's unique body type and personal style. Whether it's a modern flair, an eclectic twist, or a specific color scheme, honoring their individual styles ensures not only a visually captivating bridal party but also a day filled with radiance and joy.
