Alternate Bridesmaid Returns Policy

 

If you buy 3 or more dresses from our Bridesmaid collection (Mon Cheri, Je'taime) in one order, you can return them for a full refund within 21 days of delivery (postage excluded). Discounted items aren’t eligible. For returns, contact us at customerservice@billyj.com.au.

Please note: 

If you’re placing separate or new orders following a return, please contact our team beforehand so we can ensure they come from the same production run for consistent colour matching. The "Matching Styles" tab for each product within the Bridesmaid Collection offers detailed information on coordinating colours between styles across multiple collections.

Each style of our bridesmaid collection is individually dyed and as such, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the same colour or tone will match for different styles. This includes styles that are restocked, as there can be colour differences between productions. To avoid this, we recommend that our brides purchase their bridesmaid dresses within the same order so we can ensure they are from the same collection/batch. We apologise if this causes any inconvenience however, we will always do our best to accommodate where possible. If you would like to mix different styles, each product has a "Matching Styles" tab that will provide further information as to what styles match in colour in different collections.

**Any purchases made during our sales period cannot be repurchased for the same sale price if returned for incorrect size/change of mind reasonings.

The return options available for your order depend on the type of discount code applied at checkout.

Loyalty & Goodwill Discounts

Discount codes issued as customer rewards or goodwill gestures, including Welcome, VIP, Birthday, and Customer Care discounts, are eligible for our standard returns policy.

• • • Australian Orders: Eligible for a refund to the original payment method or 110% store credit (includes a 10% bonus) when returned within 7 days of delivery.
    • Australian & International Bridal Orders: Eligible for a refund to the original payment method or 110% store credit (includes a 10% bonus) when returned within 21 days of delivery.

Discount codes applied as part of sales, influencer or affiliate campaigns, seasonal promotions, or other marketing offers are eligible for store credit only.
