Returns Policy

Changed your mind? We’ve made returns simple.

Eligible full-price items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an online store credit.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

- Unworn, unwashed and in original condition;
- Returned with all original tags attached; and
- Free from makeup, fragrance, marks or signs of wear, unless the item is being returned due to a potential fault.

Please note, Final Sale items, discounted items, swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, earrings, beauty products, gift cards and confetti cannons are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless deemed faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be declined and sent back to the customer at their expense.

A $20USD return shipping fee will be deducted from your return total once your return has been processed. This fee does not apply to returns confirmed as faulty or otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
