Not ‘bump friendly’ as advertised - no response from customer service

"Bought this dress as it’s under their ‘bump friendly’ menu however it is definitely not bump friendly. Their customer service told me to buy pre pregnancy size, but still went up a size. But it is still way too short due to the length of the dress not accounting for the bump. I have tried contacting customer service twice for refund due to misleading marketing and information but no response. Was hoping to get a response before having to post a bad review. Buying maternity clothes is hard as is. Very disappointed"
