"The coats I brought are excellent with premium quality material that will keep you warm in this cold NZ winter. It’s just unfortunate that the 16 was too big for me and I need to return them both, a black one and a sand coloured one. The return process was easy to follow and quick to reach Australia from Auckland so the turn around process was within a couple of days and that’s great too. I will be using my instore cash back voucher to buy me the right sizes now. Happy Shopping Everyone!!!"
